A step-by-step guide for students about how to view and export their Plan Change Log.

View My Activity Log

The Student Plan Change Log:
  • Is a history of all the changes made to a student's Plan regardless of who made the changes.
  • Shows live data so any changes made are immediately displayed.
  • Is visible to the individual student, Counselors, and Admin level users as permitted by their license.
The Student Plan Change Logshows the following information:
  • Username:  the person who made the change.
  • Activity:  a Course was added or deleted, the Plan status changed, a message was sent to the student, or the student cleared a sent message.
  • Course:  the Course that was impacted by the change.
  • Requirement:  the Pathway requirement that was impacted by the change.
  • Date:  the date and time the change was made.
Student Actions to View the Student Plan Change Log
  1. From your Dashboard, select My Course Plan on the left menu.
  2. From My Course Plan, select the clock icon on the upper right.
  3. The pop-up window shows all of the activities associated with your plan to date.
  4. Select the export icon on the upper right to export the Change Log to Excel.
