Counselor Dashboard Overview

The Counselor Dashboard is an overview of data within Pathful Planner specific to the school or schools to which you have access. Student data is easy to access and customize using the features below.

1. Review Queue
   1. The Review Queue allows you to quickly review the student Plans that have been submitted to you for approval.
   2. See Review Queue for additional information.
2. Filters
   1. Schools
   2. Groups
   3. Grade
   4. Search term
3. Once you have filtered the data as desired, you can see the number of students within that data set who fit any of the following criteria by selecting one of the filter icons of your choice:
   1. Not Started their Plan
   2. Not Submitted their Plan
   3. Needs Approval for their Plan
   4. Have a Denied Plan
   5. Have an Approved Plan
4. Recently Visited Student Plans
   1. This is a fluid list of student Plans you have recently viewed.
   2. Select the student's name to go directly to that student's Plan.
5. Notifications Section
   1. Provides a list and a brief preview of your most recent notifications.
   2. Select any notification for a complete view.
   3. You can also access notifications from the bell icon in the upper right.
6. Help Center
   1. The "?" icon in the upper right links to the knowledge base articles.
