Create an Experience

Experiences refer to the type of experience.

Instances are hours you want to log to an Experience.

Reflections allow you to explain what you learned from a particular Instance or the overall Experience.

1. From the My Tracker menu, select My Experiences.
2. Select +New Experience.
3. Complete the required fields.
   1. Type:  Work-based learning, Community service, or Postsecondary campus
   2. Company or Organization
   3. Approving teacher
4. Supervisor Name and Email are not required but may be helpful information to include.
5. Select Add Files to upload any supporting documentation. 
   1. You can use the file explorer or drag and drop attachments.
6. Select Save.
7. You can add an Instance to the newly created Experience now or later. If you want to add an Instance now, select +Add New Instance to log time and details about the experience.
8. Complete the Date, Time, and Hours.
9. Add any Notes or a summary of the experience.
10. Select Save.
