Understanding the Report Library in Pathful

Accessing the Report Library

1. Log in to Pathful.

2. Click Reports in the top navigation bar.

3. The Report Library opens, showing all report categories and the reports within each one.

Browsing Report Categories

Reports are grouped into five categories, shown as tabs across the top of the Report Library:

 Click a tab to jump to that category, or scroll through the full library. Each report is shown as a card with its category label, name, a short description of what it contains, and an Open report link. Use Back to top at the top right of each section to return to the top of the page.

Searching for a Report

If you know part of a report's name or what it covers, use the search bar above the category tabs (Search reports by name or description...) instead of scrolling through every category.

Opening and Using a Report

Click Open report on any report card to open it. From there you can filter the data, export it, or save your current filters as a view for quick access later.

Saving Reports as Favorites

Click the heart icon in the top right corner of a report card to favorite it. Favorited reports are easier to find the next time you're in the Report Library, without needing to search or browse by category.

Renaming a Saved Report or View

Saved reports and views can be renamed from their options menu in the Report Library. Right-click (or use the menu icon on) the saved item and select Rename to update its name.

Report Reference

Usage Reports (2)

-        Site Total Usage Report: Platform usage rolled up by site (license), covering videos, career profiles, favorites, journals, resumes, cover letters, time spent, lessons, experiences, postsecondary activity, and lifestyle calculators.

-        User Total Usage Report: The same platform usage metrics, rolled up by individual user.

FlexLesson & Assignment Reports (4)

-        Assignment Details: Detail rows of FlexLesson assignments, including title, lesson, owner, dates, status, and engagement counts.

-        FlexLesson Assignment Progress by Student: Per-student progress on selected FlexLesson assignments, one row per student and assignment.

-        FlexLesson Progress By Student: Per-student progress on selected FlexLessons, one row per student and lesson.

-        FlexLessons: FlexLesson assignments and per-student engagement, including progress, completion, grade, and submission.

Activity Reports (13)

-        Career Journals: Journal entries students wrote about careers, including who wrote it, which career, their note, and when.

-        Career Videos Watched: Career video views by students, including who watched, which career, whether it was a Q&A video, if the career is favorited, and when.

-        Common App Colleges: Colleges students added via the Common App, including the school, decision round, deadline, and submission status.

-        Employability Course Progress Report: Per-student progress through employability courses, including units assigned, units completed, total course units, instruction hours earned, last access, and completion date.

-        Employability Journals: Journal entries students wrote about employability skills, including who, which skill, their note, and when.

-        Exploration by Career: Career exploration activity aggregated by career, including favorites, career videos, profile views, journals, and career checks.

-        Exploration by Cluster: Career exploration activity aggregated by career cluster, including favorites, videos, profile views, journals, career checks, and interest matches.

-        Favorite Scholarships: Scholarships students have favorited, including who, which scholarship, and when.

-        Favorite Schools: Postsecondary institutions students have favorited, including who, which school, when, and Common App status.

-        Lifestyle Calculator Activity: Lifestyle and budget calculator submissions, including who took it, their grade and license, plus monthly lifestyle cost and the minimum yearly salary required.

-        Student Experience Hours: Logged experience hours per student, including totals and a per-experience-type breakdown of counts and hours.

-        WBL Session Participation: Work-Based Learning session attendance, including session details plus each participant, their role, organization, attendance, and (for educators) registered versus attended student counts.

-        WBL Sessions Summary Report: Work-Based Learning sessions summarized one row per session, including channel, experience type, requester, presenter, status, and registration versus live-attendance counts.

Student Artifact Reports (6)

-        Career Plan: Each student's career plans, including status, completion progress, and the schools, careers, scholarships, assessments, and experiences the plan captures.

-        Cover Letters: Cover letters students drafted, including who, which license, the letter name, and when it was created or updated.

-        Experience Documentation: Documented student experiences, including who logged each one, its type and status, supervisor and approving teacher, plus attachment, instance, hour, and reflection roll-ups.

-        Goal Setting: Short- and long-term goals students have set, including counts and when each set was last updated.

-        Postsecondary Plans: Each student's postsecondary plan, including their prospective schools, careers, and scholarships, plus their education plan and completion status.

-        Resumes Report: Resumes students built, including who, which license, the resume name, and when it was created or updated.

Assessment Reports (7)

-        Assessment Overview: Completed assessment instances, including who took which assessment, when, how far they got, and their top result categories.

-        Interest Results: Per-student Interest assessment scores and top result categories.

-        Work Values Results: Per-student Work Values assessment scores and top result categories.

-        Personality Results: Per-student Personality assessment scores and top result categories.

-        Skills Results: O*NET Ability Profiler completion per student.

-        Lifestyle Calculator Results: Completed lifestyle and budget calculator responses per student.

-        CCIA Results: Career Cluster Survey (Cluster by Cluster Edition) scores per student.
