Add an Experience for a Student or a Group of Students

Staff and Admins can add an Experience for a student or a group of students.

  1. From your Dashboard, select Manage Experiences.
  2. On the Experiences page, select +New Experience.
  3. If applicable, select the correct License.
  4. Select the desired User or Group.
  5. Complete all of the other fields as needed.
  6. Optionally, you can to add an Instance to the Experience.
  7. Select Add as Draft to allow students to add information to the Experience (i.e., additional instances, a Reflection, etc.).
  8. Select Add and Approve if you want to immediately approve the Experience for all students who are part of this Experience.
