## FAQ
**I haven't submitted my membership yet — can I still start this coursework?**
Yes. You can access and begin your Statesman coursework even before membership is submitted. However, check with your Advisor or State Staff on any requirements tied to eligibility for the Statesman Award itself, since some award components may depend on active membership.
**Where do I find my Statesman course if I don't see it on my dashboard?**
It should appear under "Enrolled courses" at the top of your dashboard after logging in. If it's missing, you may not be enrolled yet — contact your Advisor or SkillsUSA Customer Care to confirm enrollment.
**What's the difference between "More Details" and "Details"?**
"More Details" (Step 2) opens the overview for the entire Statesman course and lists all its activities. "Details" (Step 3) opens the specific activity you want to start.
**How many activities/units are in the Statesman course?**
This varies by course version — the example course shown has 3 units and 8 activities total, split across the three listed activities. Check your specific course's "More Details" view for your unit/activity count.
**Do I need an enrollment key?**
Only if you haven't been enrolled in the course yet. If you have an enrollment key, enter it in the "Have an enrollment key for a course?" field on your dashboard and select **Redeem**.
**Who do I contact if I run into access issues?**
Reach out to your Advisor or State Staff first, since eligibility and enrollment for the Statesman Award are typically managed at the state/chapter level.
