Add Users with Bulk Upload

Bulk Upload allows you to send a list of users to Pathful Explore for a quick upload. Once you send the spreadsheet, your users should be uploaded within 24 hours.

  1. From the Manage dropdown menu, select Groups & Users.
  2. From the Manage Users tab, select Bulk Upload.
  3. Follow the instructions listed on the popout window.
    1. Download the spreadsheet template.
    2. Add users to the spreadsheet.
    3. Send the spreadsheet to Customer Service.
