Edit an Existing Account

  1. From the Manage drop-down menu, select Groups & Users.

  2. Select the Manage Users tab.

  3. Use the search filters to locate the correct user(s).

  4. Select the Search Accounts button.

  5. Under the Edit column, select Edit to the right of the desired account.
  6. Make the necessary changes.
    1. Select Update Account to save the changes.
    2. Delete will remove the user.
    3. Cancel allows you to go back to your original search. No changes will be saved if you select Cancel.
