A Career Plan is where a student documents their career readiness path, including course choices, career interests, and goals. Districts can choose to layer a formal review process on top: students submit their plan, sign it if required, and have it reviewed and locked, with parents or guardians able to review and acknowledge it from home.

Bulk Downloading Career Plans From any Career Plan report, staff can now download every student's plan at once, as either: A zip file with one PDF per student, or A single combined PDF Every exported PDF is built to work with screen readers. Downloads prepare in the background. Once ready, they appear on a new Downloads page, and a badge shows on the profile menu. There is no email notification, so the badge is the signal that a download is ready.
