SkillsUSA Pathful Monthly Challenge
Last updated 12 days ago
What Is the Challenge?
SkillsUSA Pathful Monthly Challenges are optional, skills-building activities available throughout the school year inside SkillsUSA Pathful. Each month features a new challenge tied to a specific tool or feature in the platform — from career assessments to resume building to postsecondary planning. Students who complete and submit that month's challenge by the deadline are entered into a random prize drawing, and chapters with 15+ completing students are eligible for chapter-level prizes.
2026–2027 Challenge Schedule
How it works, every month:
Log in to SkillsUSA Pathful and complete that month's featured activity.
Submit a short reflection using the month's submission link.
Be entered into a random drawing for prizes (Spikeball, JBL Bluetooth Speaker, Owala water bottle, headphones, backpacks, and more).
Winners are announced live on SkillsUSA's Instagram (@skillsusa) by a SkillsUSA National Officer.
FAQ
Do I have to participate? No — challenges are optional, but they're a great way to build career-readiness skills while having a shot at prizes.
How do I log in? Go to https://skillsusa.pathful.com/ and sign in with your SkillsUSA Pathful account. If you're having login trouble, contact SkillsUSA Customer Care at 844-875-4557 or customercare@skillsusa.org.
Where do I find each month's activity in the platform? It depends on the month:
September: My Path → Career Cluster Interest Assessment, then My Path → SkillsUSA Resources → SkillsUSA Framework Essential Elements Assessment
November: Work-Based Learning tab → Lessons
January: Career tab → Career Profiles
February: Employability → Resume Builder
April: My Tracker → Goal Settings
May: My Tracker → Postsecondary Plan
What do I need to submit? Each month, you'll submit a short (one-paragraph) reflection on what you did and what you learned, using that month's submission link. Specific reflection prompts vary by month — check the current month's challenge page for details.
What happens if I miss the deadline? Submissions received after the listed deadline (5:00 PM ET on the date shown) won't be entered into that month's drawing. You can still complete the activity for your own learning, and you're welcome to participate in the next month's challenge.
How are winners chosen and notified? Winners are selected at random from eligible submissions and announced live on SkillsUSA's Instagram (@skillsusa) by a SkillsUSA National Officer. Follow @skillsusa to see if you've won.
Can my whole chapter win something? Yes. Any chapter with 15 or more students who successfully complete and submit that month's challenge is eligible for a chapter-level prize.
How long does each challenge take? Most challenges take 20–60 minutes, depending on the month's activity (assessments and lessons tend to run about 60 minutes; goal-setting and postsecondary planning tasks run closer to 20–30 minutes).
I already completed one of these activities earlier this year — do I need to redo it? Yes, for challenge credit you'll need to complete (or meaningfully update) the activity during that specific month's window and submit the reflection, since each month's drawing is based on that month's submissions.
Who do I contact with questions about the platform itself (not the challenge)? Reach SkillsUSA Customer Care at 844-875-4557 or customercare@skillsusa.org
