Pathful's reporting system provides comprehensive insights into student progress, engagement, and outcomes across all platform activities. Reports are organized into five main categories to help administrators, counselors, and educators track different aspects of student development.

Usage Reports

User Total Usage Report

Tracks individual student engagement metrics including login frequency, time spent on platform, and feature utilization. Use this report to identify students who may need additional support or encouragement to engage with career exploration activities.

Site Total Usage Report

Shows the total time spent on Pathful by license. You can also view the completion of different activities. This report helps administrators understand platform utilization across the entire student body and identify trends in usage patterns.

FlexLessons & Assignments Reports

FlexLesson Assignment Progress by Student

Displays completion status and progress for all assigned FlexLessons organized by individual students. This is for assignments that you manage. Use this report to monitor student compliance with assigned career exploration activities.

Assignment Details

Provides comprehensive information about specific assignments including due dates and completion rates. This report helps educators evaluate the effectiveness of particular assignments and track overall completion trends.

FlexLesson Progress By Student

Shows individual student progress through FlexLesson modules, including time spent, completion percentages, and performance indicators.

FlexLessons

Offers an overview of all available FlexLesson content, usage statistics, and completion rates. This report helps administrators understand which lessons are most engaging and effective for students.

Activity Reports

Exploration by Career

Exploration by Cluster

Career Check

View each career check completed by a learner and view their results.

Career Videos Watched

Tracks student engagement with career-related video content, showing Career Name, Date Viewed, Is Q&A, and Is Favorite. Use this to understand which career information resonates most with students.

WBL Session Participation

Documents student participation in Work-Based Learning (WBL) sessions, including attendance, time spent in session, and session outcomes. This report is essential for tracking WBL program effectiveness and student involvement.

Career Favorites
