Replace a Course

Replace a Course 

This allows you to replace an existing course with a new course. 

  1. Select Courses from the left menu.

  2. Locate the desired Course using the filters or by scrolling.

  3. Under the Actions column, select the Replace icon.

  4. Complete the necessary fields.

    1. Archive Previous? Yes or No (i.e., do you want to archive the course you are replacing?)

    2. Code

    3. Name

    4. Description

    5. Link

    6. Note

    7. Credits

    8. Cost

    9. Subject (you can have more than one)

    10. Grades

    11. Schools

    12. Equivalents

    13. Prerequisites

  5. Select Replace Course when you have made your changes.
